We will be closing for Christmas Holidays at 5pm on Thursday 23rd of December 2021 and re-opening at 9am Monday the 10th of January 2022. Last orders should be in by 12pm on Thursday the 23rd.
Staff and management from SatKing and SolarKing would like to take the opportunity to wish all our distributors and dealers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Melbourne Stage 4 Lockdown

The Victorian Government has announced stage 4 lockdown for 11:59pm Wednesday 5/08/2020. Phoenix Technology Group will continue to operate at a reduced capacity under the new restrictions announced but as more information comes available this may change, we will advise of any changes to our operations as soon as we are aware. There will also be some changes to our current operations as we will have to operate under a new Covid Safe Plan during this time.
- Retail sales will now be totally on-line during the stage 4 lockdown, couriers are still running so orders will be processed and delivered. The shopfront will close at 5pm on Wednesday the 5/08/2020
- Trade counter on-site sales will be contactless only via click and collect, this means you will need to phone/online order at least 30 minutes ahead to place and pay for your order over the phone/online. No cash payments will be permitted. When the order is ready it will be placed outside the #1 roller door under cover, there will be strictly no contact. For any trade warranty related issues call ahead to discuss as no on-site contact will be permitted.
- Online/Email orders will continue to be processed and dispatched but with reduced staff levels to meet the new government requirements. This will mean there will be some delays in order processing so please allow some extra time. Couriers are still running.
- Phone Technical support will also be impacted during this time due to reduced staff numbers, technical support will still be provided but longer than usual wait times would be expected.
Greek Channel 4E Frequency Change
The 4E channel on Intelsat 19 has recently changed frequency to 12686 H 30000, to continue to watch the service you will need to retune your STB. The service remains on the same satellite so there is no need to move your satellite TV dish.

Optus Aurora switch off in Western Australia

On the 25th of June 2013 GWN and WIN will cease satellite transmissions on Optus Aurora platform on the C1 satellite. The VAST satellite TV system will now replace Aurora for regional WA.
